Charlie’s Beach House

Me and my friends ate here last week, and all had delicious meals! Some of the best, freshest fish I’ve ever had. The ice cream is absolutely delicious, loads of great flavours and the drinks very generous
Joe was our friendly waiter and the atmosphere was great.

We must have been there the same night as you Shaun Aslin. The place was pumping. The food was delicious. Imaginative menu. Generous serves. Great cocktails. And the lovely older lady who brought your dinner to your table was the one who actually cooked it for you. If you bothered to look at her you would have seen the proud smile on her face presenting her love on a plate for you.

Food was delicious as well as drinks. The service was excellent and overall was a great experience.

We shared the two specials, octopus mediterranean salad and whiting and squid lightly battered with a lovely crunchy salad and chips. Both delicious and went well together. I also had the cocktail that was so good. The service was very good and friendly. We'll be back.

Dine in, fantastic meal, lovely service. Perfect prawns, smoked onyx skewers and dips. Right on the beach front, great views. We loved it.

Went there last night for pre birthday dinner and drinks. Food was amazing and service from Lucas and the owner Charlie was exceptional. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the view. We will be back next time we come to Mission Beach. Special thanks for my birthday 🎂

Busy night. Short staffed yet the food was delicious and the service was tops. Would definitely go again.

Great feed, wonderful service and an unmatched view

Amazing friendly, relaxed atmosphere overlooking beach and sea. Great food. Service was quick and professional. Seafood was fresh, cocktails fantastic and to Finnish good gelato and smooth rich coffee made to perfection

We visited Charlie’s Beach House during our honeymoon and it instantly became one of our favourite dining memories of the trip. We shared the Platter Del Mar and it was a genuine seafood lover’s delight - every element was beautifully prepared and full of flavour.

The cocktail menu was just as impressive. The Waterdragon (pineapple + habanero) was refreshing with the perfect spicy kick and is a drink I’ll be thinking about for a long time.

It happened to be an unusually busy night (several nearby restaurants had closed unexpectedly), and the team at Charlie’s handled the rush with admirable effort. There was a bit of a wait, but the food was more than worth it, and we really appreciated the hardworking staff keeping everything moving.

The beachy atmosphere, delicious food, and creative cocktails made for a wonderful evening - one we’ll remember as part of our honeymoon.
