Great view, great portions, great food! We went on a Monday and it was very quiet and relaxed. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely perfect dinner, not expected!

Ate here twice while on holiday for a week. Was definitely good enough to go back. We tried:
- Brisket Nachos - Fantastic
- Whiting Salad - winner for my partner who isn’t normally a salad person
- Prawn Salad - beautiful and light but a bit overpriced.
- Salt and pepper squid (kids)
- Waffles (kids)

Everything was great! Not sure what the negative reviews were on about to be honest.

If you are chasing a cocktail, the Green Frog was awesome.

Great Location with a perfect view to the ocean. Great fresh food. Luckily we did not check the reviews before. I had the catch of the day that just tasted delicious.

I had noted that the reviews for this restaurant were a mixed bag; the food is great but the service can be poor.
Impressed by the fantastic choice of German beers, the 18 hour smoked Brisket and the lovely casual vibe, having earlier popped in for a late afternoon drink, we decided to give it a go.
The food coming out to other tables looked really good and then we noticed people who had arrived after us were receiving their meals before us . We chased our waiter a couple of times and was told the food is on its way before finally they admitted they lost our docket. After that it still took an unacceptable amount of time for our meals to arrive.

All up we waited 1 hour 20 mins .

When I paid the bill the owner/chef did come out to apologise but I was some what surprised he did not offer to take a couple of drinks off the bill.

Yes the food was good but I guess with this place it’s a question of do you feel lucky.

Prachtige plek aan het mooie strand. Gezellig overdekt terras. Alhoewel de bediening erg vriendelijk was, waren ze niet erg attent. Zeer lange wachttijd op ons hoofdgerecht (>> 1 uur). Niemand kwam ons informeren, er werd geen drankje aangeboden. We moesten zelf gaan vragen om een 2e drankje te bestellen. Eten was erg lekker, maar de lange wachttijd domineert onze herinnering helaas.

A great selection of food, wine and cocktails. Everything we had was delicious.

Loved it. We’ve been traveling up the East coast for a week and this is easily the best food we have had. Friendly service, good beer and wine list. Good vegetarian options. Tagliatelle was excellent. It was dark when we ate so god knows how much better it would be in the sun. Thanks!
