Charlie's Beach House is our favourite spot. Great service, beautiful location and Charlie is a lovely welcoming host. But the main reason to go is the food, it's sublime. Every meal we've had has been 5 star!

Stopped for lunch, everyone absolutely loved their dishes, smoked meats were amazing, friendly and welcoming staff and the view is great. Absolutely get what you pay for. Welcomed our puppies and provided a waste bowl for them. Vegetarian options: A few good vegetarian options on the menu Kid-friendliness: Yes, high chair available

First visit to Charlie’s and we weren’t disappointed. The service was friendly. The atmosphere is amazingly beautiful with views of the beach and islands. But the food is a standout. You must must must go here for lunch or dinner. Your tastebuds will thank you. There’s a big ol smoker out the side of the restaurant, it’s authentic, rustic and perfectly relaxed.

We stumbled across this place while wandering along mission beach and popped in for a couple of cocktails and some chips with a glorious view of the sea! Service was amazing- very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our drinks. We only had chips due to the time of our visit but they were lovely and fresh and the rest of the options on the menu looked incredible! For somewhere so remote we were shocked by the quality and options available!

Great night with music and the best food! High lights were smoked Mackerel and sweet potato fries and chimi sauce . Fried Squid and fries very tasty. Charlie has his own smoker out the back and knows how to use it . Birliegh Heas Cerveza was enjoyed for an extended period. If your in Mission Beach this is a must as it’s right on the beach over looking the ocean.
