Dr Adele is the chief scientist. She’ll be putting to good use her more than a quarter of a century of experience as a teacher and marine researcher to guide your adventure. She’s led research expeditions to some of the remotest locations on the planet. Now it’s your chance to join Dr Adele out on the Great Barrier Reef and learn about one of the seven natural wonders of the planet.

Capt’n Stuart will transport you to his favourite, secret spots, perfect for your chosen activities. Whether it’s seeing the sights, snorkeling the outer reef or spending time at a secluded picnic spot for two, Capt’n Stuart will take you there.

Four Hour Fringing Reef Safari

Ideal for early risers or when you find yourself with the sea calling in the afternoon and want to get out for an hour and half of snorkelling. You’ll enjoy morning or afternoon tea before heading back to Mission Beach.
Half Day Fringing Reef Safari

This adventure visits 2 different reefs from our exclusive list.<br> After a quick trip to one of our island reefs you’ll be hitting the water with Dr Adele. We’ll break for morning tea before moving to our second location. Once you’ve explored for another 45 minutes we’ll whisk you away to our private beach for our signature seafood lunch.

Half Day

$1100

The half day Great Barrier Reef tour visits two different snorkel destinations, each with an extraordinary array of marine life and coral species. After a 60 minute ride, you’ll spend 2 hours snorkelling two fabulous locations at our exclusive locations. You’ll enjoy lunch on your return back to Mission Beach.
Full Day

$2500

The full day Great Barrier Reef tour visits 2 different reefs from our exclusive list. After a 60 minute ride we’ll enjoy a light morning tea before hitting the water with Dr Adele. We’ll break for a seafood lunch either on the boat or at a sand cay. Then it’s off to a new reef to explore for another 2 hours. Or perhaps you might like to mix it up and try some catch and release fishing? It’s your day, you call the shots. On the way back to Mission Beach you’ll enjoy refreshments as we cruise to the sunset.

Thank you Stuart & Adele for a magic day out at the reef. We have done a lot of snorkelling, but your local knowledge had us exploring some of the top spots! Swimming with turtles, colourful corals, extensive fish life, finding Nemo were just some of the many highlights! Highly recommend Great Barrier Reef Safaris for your boutique reef experience 🐠 🐚

I do not have enough amazing things to say about this charter. There is nothing more amazing than snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef with a Marine Biologist and two of the most intelligent and delightful people ever to be around. Adele and Stuart showed us the best day, went at our own pace, showed us an amazing day of adventure, snorkeling, beach combing and not to mention an amazing lunch. This charter is worth every penny, my wife and I had the best time and literally was the best snorkeling we have ever done (and we travel a lot). This charter was worth our entire trip to Australia! 🇦🇺

Adele and Stuart have created the perfect Great Barrier Reef experience. We have been on two tours with them out to the GBR, and on both occasions they had great service and took us to quiet and brilliant parts of the the Reef. Adele is a marine biologist so snorkelling with her was eye opening. She taught us about coral bleaching, some of the conservation work being conducted in the area and made sure we got a glimpse of all the beautiful fish, turtles and coral. They have a great understanding and respect for the environment which make their personal tours hard to beat.

I booked in for a 1 day snorkelling reef trip and had an incredible experience. Owners, Adele and Stuart go above and beyond to make your trip perfect. The trip included a number of snorkelling spots with hundreds of fish and coral. We also stopped at an island beach for lunch. Great tour company with flexible options for family, friends or couples!

From the moment that we made our booking Adele and Stuart went above and beyond to help my wife and I organise our trip to The Beach House at Bedarra. Giving us tips and providing practical assistance with the logistics of getting our food and provisions to the island, they could not have been more helpful. We were blown away by their kindness and assistance, and definitely had a memorable and wonderful trip thanks to them. They are both knowledgeable and generous with the experience that they provide. We would highly recommend them.
