Thank you to Reef Adventures for a great half day tour from Cairns. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and made you feel right at home. We had a very enjoyable hour trip out to our snorkelling location, listening to great tunes while taking in some magical scenery. Spotted a turtle. Close to two hours in the water snorkelling and observing an array of fish, sea slugs, star fish and coral.A few spotted a reef shark. The equipment was in perfect condition. They took pictures of our experience in and out of the water which we can access to enjoy the memories for free through their FB page. Amazing 😎 Next time I think we’ll try their Mission Beach tour🐠🪸

I’ve had such an amazing experience at Reef Adventure half day tour in Cairns. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I just had to for this one. I was so impressed with the staff and their attention to detail. I loved their energy, attentiveness and the way they were taking the time to talk to all of us. There were only 19 of us and the staff made sure we were well taken care of by offering us dry bags, jackets, snacks, song requests, always had their eyes on us when snorkelling. They created such a positive and fun atmosphere. I thought the half day was perfect, I felt like I got a good amount of time to see the reef, it didn’t tire me out (in fact, I felt more energized) and I still got to enjoy the rest of my day! The speedboat was so much fun, be prepared to get splashed once in a while but it’s all part of the fun! Felt like a rollercoaster. Another bonus, free video and pictures!! I cannot rave about this experience enough! I’ve done a couple other reef tours and this one is by far my favourite!! So worth it if you are looking for a short, fun and cheaper trip!

Absolutely amazing day out!! I did the new Reef Adventures trip up in Cairns trip, we went to Upolo Cay and the reef was so healthy and colourful, really impressed! Danny and the crew looked after me so well, made the trip very enjoyable and it was such good value! Thanks Reef Adventures for an epic day out😀

We had the most amazing day with Toby and Lily, on the way to the reef we saw a whale and her calve and a group of dolphins. The reef itself is very colourful teeming with fish. The guys made it a super chilled and very informative trip that will stay long in the memories. Highly recommend reef adventures for a trip to the Great Barrier Reef. Thanks for creating a most memorable day. 🙏

Myself and the family had the pleasure of going on a half day reef trip out of mission beach to beaver reef. Both our guides/boat operators/joke teller/organisers were super awesome, always smiling and very helpful. Trip was easy. Equipment was well sorted. Tricks on getting on and of the boat were clear and useful. Saw fish like sixbar angelfish, bicolour angelfish, at least 2 species of fusiliers, 10+ damselfish, chevron, raffles, ornate, one spot, triangle plus more butterflyfish, goatfish, reef sharks, coral trout, scopas tangs plus heaps more surgeon fish, coral rabbitfish, chromis, triggerfish, clownfish, parrotfish you name it there was alot of fish. Plus sea cucumbers, sea urchins, feather stars, sea squirts, sponges, then there was coral at least 50+ species all in great health. This was an awesome trip and we all loved every second of it. Well done!

Hey guys! No question today, just to say that we were 3 backpackers from France and we did the snorkeling this morning (September) in Cairns at their brand new office it was amazing!! Special thanks to the crew who was enthusiastic, fun and makes us fill really secure during the trip 🤙🏼 We highly recommend!

Was an absolutely amazing trip to the Great Barrier Reef, snorkelling. All the equipment was in perfect condition and the skipper’s were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help and answer any and all questions. They really helped make the trip so much better. We had Courtney and Toby. Cannot recommend this trip any more! You won’t regret it!

This trip was amazing. Courtney and Toby were the perfect guides. Lots of knowledge. Small tour, which is great. Weather condition was spot on. The coral was beautiful. And so many colorful fish. So glad we booked with these guys. And we had an added bonus of seeing the whales at their best on the way out to the reef. That just topped the day off. Thanks guys

Superbe demi-journée de snorkeling. L’équipage hyper sympa, nous étions en assez petit comité (13 personnes). Après 1 heure de navigation, 2,5 heures de snorkling magnifique sur 2 sites ! Des milliers de poissons de toutes les couleurs, des coraux magnifiques et au retour baleines et dauphins. Rien à dire, c’était top !!!!! Bravo à Reef Adventures Pas de photos sous marines mais des sites sur la grande barrière

The weather was perfect, the crew was cheerful, the reef was magnificent. This trip was exactly as we wanted it - 1hr quick dash to the reef, no long boring safety instructions, while being careful and courteous. Two hours at the reef, two snorkeling spots, whale watching on the way, one dolfin, one brown sea snake. What more would you want?!

Snorkeled with my 8yo son. Great staff telling fun and interesting facts about the reef but also helping to give my kid the best experience! Great snorkeling spots! We spotted heaps of dolphins, Humpback whales, squids, millions of fish, ... Bargain for what you get in return!
