Raging Thunder Adventures Tully

Highly recommend, amazing afternoon/evening going down 13km of river. Our guide Angelo was personable and a laugh, and gave us the option to go through the heavier more intense rapids which was great. Can’t wait to do it again.

Went rafting with Christien down the Tully today. After a failed/cancelled trip due to the weather last week, rescheduled and did it today. Both the way they handled the cancelled trip and the experience today were great. Highly recommended and would do again

We had an incredible time and can't recommend this company enough. I am quite nervous around water so I was very skeptical about doing whitewater rafting however this turned out to be one of my favourite days of my trip. Our guide Angelo was amazing. As I'm not the strongest of swimmers, I was nervous about getting out the raft in areas where it was safe to be out. Angelo was very reassuring and encouraging throughout the whole trip and I'm very grateful that he encouraged me to get out as it was one of my favourite parts of the trip. Angelo was also a very good teacher. There was a language barrier with some of the group on the raft and he made sure to give instructions in all languages (which you can hear in the videos below). He also taught us a lot about the rainforest and the Tully River, all whilst having a great sense of humour. Angelo made an already great experience 10 times better, so thank you! The pictures the photographer gets are great too!

Such a great time and the river was especially raging after Cyclone Jasper. If you're an excellent swimmer, hope you get Kribba (Kris) as your guide. He made sure we hit every sweet spot and that our trip was as wet as possible, all the while offering hilarious commentary along the way. Highly recommended! A++++.

We have been travelling up the East Coast and this is by far the best activity we have done! You 100% get your money's worth and will have the best time! We were on the water for over 2 hours and enjoyed every moment of it!

An absolutely gorgeous river coupled with amazing guides. This is our second time out with this company and absolutely loved it! All thanks to our initial trip with Pauly more than 6 years ago, we just had to come back. (Don’t believe what they say Pauly, we had nothing but good things to say about you) If possible the trip was even better this go around. If you’re on the fence, jump right in with these guys. You won’t be disappointed!

We had an incredible time white water rafting on the Tully River with our guide, Paul. The scenic views were breathtaking, and the experience was an absolute blast! Paul's professionalism was evident as he ensured our safety while making sure we had a fantastic time. Highly recommend this adventure for anyone seeking an adrenaline-packed day in nature. This was hands down the best white water rafting I've done in the world.

Had a truly fantastic day and couldn’t recommend it enough! Our guide Pauly was our wonderful boat captain. He was super thorough with the instructions but made it all very fun. We had a blast on our boat with him! Shout out to Ben as well for all his banana knowledge on the bus ride to the Tully river. Kept us all entertained throughout the day 🙂
