At Sanctum Massage I do things a little bit different. I take the time to get to know your history and what pain or issue is most effecting your overall well being. I do this, so I can assist you in reaching your treatment goal and so that you leave feeling reset and renewed.
Every detail of your massage treatment has been consciously selected and has meaning and purpose. My focus is to create space in your joints and to initiate fascial movement and soften muscular tension. My greatest interest is working on opening up your energetic channels, freeing up stuck energy so that it may flow harmoniously once more.
I work on the principles of leverage, motion and timing. You will be taken on a journey into a deeply relaxed state whilst your body is rhythmically rocked and opened to release stored up tension.
My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space, where you can connect with your inner sanctum. A place where you can rest, reset and re-balance. Heal your body, heal your spirit.
