I have been going to Yoko since moving to Mission Beach 6 years ago. I have all sorts of bodily damage and issues that she can either set right or help me manage the condition or injury. She is my musculoskeletal mechanic. I book a “tune-up” once a month and She keeps me moving.

Yoko is incredible! I have been suffering from chronic neck/shoulder pain for months + Yoko's holistic approach was exactly what I was looking for/needed. Yoko identified physical imbalances in my body + used her deep knowledge of the interconnectedness of our physical, emotional and psychological state to send me home with exercises to help me improve my issues. My neck + shoulders were released immediately. I felt so relaxed + the maintenance exercises have been working so well. Ill definitely be a regular! Highly recommend.

One of my favourite massage therapists. I have massages all over the world but Yoko is still one of my favourites. Her technique, her knowledge, her energy and her spirit are all perfect. I don't get to Mission Beach enough to enjoy her treatments regularly.
